Infosys Campus Placement - Procedure and Information
For an IT and Engineering graduates, Infosys is one of the most sought after companies to work. Infosys offers excellent careers opportunities and has world class training centres which are very appealing to a fresh graduate. It is one of the most awaited companies and every year many students prepare in advance to attend the campus interview. Students are offered entry level job at engineering, as well as management level.
It has been seen that like every company Infosys too has an eligibility criteria. The candidate should at least score first class in SSC and HSC exams and should have an aggregate of 68% in B- Tech. Also, he/she should not have any active backlog.
It has been always observed that, Infosys has a well-structured selection procedure of campus recruitment. Infosys has two rounds of interview. The first round is a written test. The written test is divided in two sections; one is the aptitude test and the other is the verbal ability test. There is a limited time give to solve the written test. There are no negative marking in both the sections.
The aptitude test comprises of 30 questions with a time limit of 40 minutes. The verbal ability test has 40 questions with a time limit of 35 minutes. The aptitude test comprises of puzzles, questions related to syllogism, data interpretation, and picture reasoning and relation problem. The verbal ability test has sentence completion and sentence correction questions. In this section a passage is given. The students are expected to read the passage carefully and answer the questions carefully.
The second and last round is the personal interview round. This is a face to face interview with the HR of the company. The interview is a non-technical interview.
Before the start of the selection process, an application form is given to the students. The candidate is expected to provide accurate information regarding their academic credentials.
