iGate Capgemini Interview Experience - Ghaziabad, 4 Feb 2016
Firstly they will give one hour introduction about the company CAPGEMINI (which took over iGate). But in our case projector was not working so introduction was skipped.
There were 3 rounds:
1) APTITUDE TEST:
They gave us the OMR sheet to fill it was a tedious task to fill it. Aptitude was very easy only. Limited topics questions were asked like,
- Profit and Loss.
- Permutation and combination.
- Time and Work.
Only 10 questions from quants. 15 questions from logical reasoning.
- 25 questions from Verbal. There were 50 questions for 50 mins. Management of time is important.
As aptitude is easy but put a very high cutoff, so out of 400 only 89 were selected. If clear the aptitude round then you are almost in.
2) TECHNICAL ROUND:
He asked me to introduce yourself and then ask questions on my project.
Then he ask basic questions on Java like Inheritance, Encapsulation and difference between drop, delete and truncate.
3) HR ROUND:
Finally they call me for HR interview. In HR interview, there is smart lady seated in that room. Then she ask me basic questions like willing to relocate, strength and weakness.
THEN I GOT MAIL AFTER THREE DAYS THAT I AM SELECTED. ALMOST EVERYONE WHO CLEARED THE APTITUDE TEST GOT SELECTED. PREPARED FOR THE APTITUDE TEST AND BE CONFIDENT.
