iGate Solutions now Capgemini Interview Experience - February 4, 2016
The drive was located at ABES IT Ghaziabad on 4/2/2016. There were around 600 students present from all across North India. At first we were to be given a brief overview and a company presentation which was cancelled as the projector was not working. We were rushed for the aptitude test.
1. APTITUDE TEST:
The aptitude test for Capgemini is very easy, it can be cleared with even 0 preparation. The cut off is always high as there is no negative marking and there is ample of time available to solve these questions.
After the result for the aptitude was declared (I was selected) we were asked to wait for the next round. Employability Application Form to given to candidates who clear the aptitude test.
About 200 students cleared the 1st round. Boys and girls were separated for the next round. Technical for the Female candidates happened first followed by male candidates.
2. TECHNICAL & HR:
The technical and HR rounds were done together. First the female candidates were called for the Technical followed by HR round. This entire process took almost 4 hours to finish. The chances for male candidates came at around 7pm evening. All became very dull till then. The interview continued till very late. About 80 candidates were selected for Capgemini profile software engineer with 2 year service agreement and readiness to relocate to Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune.
Prepare well with your final year project for technical round. Have good concepts of C programming. Be very confident in the interview.
The HR round is just a formality.
